Following Tuesday’s 1-point loss against the Roosevelt Rough Riders, Tallmadge was set to take them on again.

At the top of the first inning, the Rough Riders scored a single run, taking an early lead. During the bottom, Tallmadge's Syd Schiavone threw a strikeout, had a pop-out, and a ground out.

The second inning had an early end, although Tallmadge had a base hit, nothing came following it.

All the action started in the third. Tallmadge pitched 3 outs with no base advancements. At the bottom of the 3rd, Roosevelt threw 3 walks, a hit by pitch, and a double hit by Raber, allowing two runs to be scored.

During the 4th inning, it was another shutout by the Blue Devils defense, only allowing two singles and no runs. To end the 4th, Roosevelt's pitcher threw a walk by 3 balks called, allowing the runner to score, making it 3-1. After a walk and a double following it, Miles was able to score the devils 4th run.

Heading into the 5th, the Devils defense had a pop out, fly out, and a ground out to go back on offense. Tallmadge hit a single to start the inning. After an error from the catcher, the runner advanced to second. During a ground out, the runner advanced and scored a run. This was followed by 2 outs to end the inning.

Both Tallmadge and Roosevelt turned in a single run in the 6th, making the score 6-2. Roosevelt made a good effort in the 7th; however, it was not enough. After scoring two runs, it made the final score 6-4. Tallmadge won the ball game!
