If you are like me, you like to read reviews of products before you make your decision to purchase a product.  This is true especially when the product either costs a lot of money or if the product is something for one of my children.  I used to stick pretty much with professional reviews done by outside agencies, however, I recently began looking more at testimonials written by customers.  I like the actual experience noted by customers who have tried out the products.  I recently found a review of Net Nanny that scored them at a 6.1 out of 10, but all of the testimonials on their web site contradict this rating.  I am more likely to trust reviews written by other parents.
