Getting Fit With Street Dance Classes
I’ve searched for many ways to get fit. Some of them have been plain boring that I could fall asleep, others just made me never want to go back. However I’ve tried street dance classes, something I’ve always wanted to do and I’m hooked!
Dancing is one of those activities where you’re learning something whilst getting fit so it’s kind of like an extra motivation. Most the time you’re concentrating so hard on the dance moves, you forget about the workout - but you certainly feel it!
The great thing about street dance classes is they’re energetic, there’s the group element to it which makes it more motivating, they’re affordable and they’re loads of fun.
It’s always something I look forward to in the week and I’ve kept up with it longer than any other exercise regimes.
